We'll be getting back into action with a lot going on this spring and summer, and we're happy to announce that we'll be kicking all of that activity off with a performance at the premiere for John Zorn's Masada Book Three: The Book of Beriah.
The schedule is amazing and we couldn't be more psyched.

In April 2013, no-input mixing board artist Toshimaru Nakamura will travel from Tokyo to Philadelphia to work with Many Arms, the Philadelphia and New York-based trio of guitarist Nick Millevoi, bassist Johnny DeBlase, and drummer Ricardo Lagomasino. This will mark the first time that the group has worked together as a quartet.
Nakamura plays the 'no-input mixing board', connecting the input of the board to the output, then manipulating the resultant audio feedback." His music has been described as "sounds ranging from piercing high tones and shimmering whistles to galumphing, crackle-spattered bass patterns." Nakamura has recorded solo albums and has collaborated with Yoshihide Otomo, Keith Rowe, John Butcher, and Nicholas Bussmann among others. He has also collaborated with Taku Sugimoto, Tetuzi Akiyama, dancer Kim Ito, drummer Jason Kahn, and Sachiko M.
Many Arms are a power trio whose music combines the approach of free jazz and noise with a punk rock ethos. The band has released three full-length albums and one EP, most recently 2012's self-titled album on John Zorn's Tzadik label. This album was released to critical acclaim from outlets such as SPIN, The Village Voice, The Onion AV Club, Tiny Mix Tapes, Impose, and many others.
